墨 INK

Deconstruction of Chinese calligraphy is a way that I could
look back on my culture and country. It is a traditional technique and beauty contains silence within every move.

There are two ways to use ink. One is simply buy a manufactured
ink from the store. Another is grinding by hand with ink stick which is more like a meditation. It is slow and need patience to add water as the time goes. The ink stick is melting into ink little by little each round.
